In case of emergency (PRLA is located at 4388 El Camino Real, Los Altos, CA, at the corner of El Camino Real and Los Altos Ave):
For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 (for local 9-1-1 alternative/when dialing from cell phone: 650-947-2779).
For 24h police assistance, call Los Altos Police Department's 24h business phone: 650-947-2770.
For PRLA property problems (e.g., water leaks, no hot water, breaking or broken property), the homeowner should direct all inquiries to HOA Management Service's Customer Service department using one of the following options:
Via a request through the HOA Client Portal (https://home.hoamanagementservices.net/login). This is the preferred method since all requests and follow-ups are tracked via the portal.
Via an email to helpdesk@hoamanagementservices.net.
Via a phone call to (877) 830-0809 toll free or (408) 827-5001 during normal business hours, which are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time. Additionally, this telephone number is monitored by an on-call manager for emergencies that may arise outside of regular business hours.
Note that neither a PRLA HOA manager nor HOA Management Services read emails posted to the PRLA residents or board Google groups/email lists!
